We hope you agree with us that our pricing structure is simple, honest and open

Private Home Owners

We understand that we will be coming into your home and that you expect a quality, professional service at an affordable cost.

We will charge you an initial fee for our first hour of work. This will be made up of our call out fee plus the first hour of labour. Should we deem that we will need longer then we will charge you a fix hourly rate. We will give you our best estimate around the time required.

Occasionally we may have to charge you for specialist fittings which means you may have to pay for some items such as hinges, door stops, draw runners and the like. We will never charge you for basic sundries such as a few screws, wall plugs or sand paper. Additionally there may be extra charges for your location and car parking.

But we will discuss this with you prior to our commencement – we don’t want to give you any nasty surprises. We will never charge you for our estimate.

You are more than welcome to supply your own fixtures (such as shelves, cabinets, curtain rails etc.) and we will asses their suitability – we want to make sure that when it’s up, it stays up!
 

Landlords and Lettings Agents

Whether you have a property that is vacant and needs a spruce up, a tenant that needs something fixing or damage that needs attention we can put it right, quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

We really do understand that tenants often expect you to do things for them immediately, and we will be as accommodating as possible; the last thing we want is for your tenant to be waiting at home for someone to arrive to sort out their problem.

We have a simple four band pricing matrix indicating the costs of our most commonly requested work. This covers everything from unblocking a sink, fixing a dripping tap or a loose cupboard door to putting up a bathroom cabinet, fixing a hole in a wall or painting a feature wall. 

We will charge you a call out fee, per property, per visit plus our matrix pricing. Alternatively we offer special half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) rates, should the job require it.

If required, we will come to the required location to perform and initial amassment free of charge.
 

Commercial Premises, Clubs, Pubs and Hotels

It is likely that your premises are now starting to see an increase in footfall and naturally this will lead to an increase in wear and tear. Alternatively you may be looking to refresh and revitalise areas that have understandably gone neglected and unloved over the last few months.

Whatever needs doing then Handy Fixers can put it right, quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

We have a simple four band pricing matrix indicating the costs of our most commonly requested work. This covers everything from fixing a non flushing toilet, fitting new towel rails, putting up new pictures, to rehanging doors.

We will charge you a call out fee, per property, per visit plus our matrix pricing. Alternatively we offer special half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) rates, should the job require it.

If required, we will come to the required location to perform and initial assessment free of charge.
